Terms and Conditions
By purchasing, the buyer agrees to terms and conditions. One month plans are billed on auto renewal until the buyer ends their plan. You agree to be billed on a monthly basis and will be billed on date of purchase. Multi month plans are billed upfront, and are not auto billed. All billing is the buyers sole responsibility to maintain. No refunds are issued once logins are generated and we see usage on servers allowed. Customer support is provided through our ticket system “https://outerlimitshosting.com/submitticket.php”. Once a ticket is opened, please allow 24-48 for an admin to assist you. This is the only option for customer care.
